Propio interpreters: inaccurate amount of money showing under metrics

Hi. This is for interpreters directly contracted with Propio.

I took a bunch of calls yesterday and, while they are registered on the call log, their equivalence in money doesn't show under the metric on Propio Analytics. I must have made about 50 dollars yesterday and I only see 3 dollars! Where is the rest?

Has anyone experienced this same thing? Does anyone know if this is common and will resolve on its own, or if I should contact Propio for assistance?
