I think I got an IP ban.

I was actively participating in +18 chat and community groups on Reddit, but this only lasted one day. After that, I either deleted my account or created a new one with a different identity, and I think I did this too often. Eventually, I got banned. Now, even if I create a new account, none of them work. I can't send or receive messages. How can I resolve this issue?
