About CB Debit Card not working with STEAM anymore.

Is it just me or all my CB Debit Card not working with STEAM anymore.
I've used my CB Debit Card for all my STEAM purchases, and now it's not possible anymore.
I've made a new CB bank account and still it's not working.
My E Commerce isn't approved in the new card, tho.
But the old one has all the requirements and still no purchase has been approved.
It's been like 3 months, I've contacted both CB Support and Steam Support, still they always said “The card is fine, we didn't cancel it, it's not blocked on their end, …etc.”.
I'm just wondering if it just me or any other here having a similar problem with their card.
If so, how you guys solve it.....etc….
