Another class action against AI Gen firms.
YouTubers sue Snap for alleged copyright infringement in training its AI models.
I do see a problem with the initial complaint though. It appears that the videos in question may not be registered at USCO. (Side note: non-US works don't need registering).
My observation might be to a least file a registration application.
