Broadband in non-fibre areas? Vodafone vs Plusnet vs Sky

Trying to find the best deal for speed, stable network and customer service. My area does not have full fibre, best I can get is 67Mbps from Voda, Plusnet, BT, Sky.**

I checked Openreach and it says I can get "Fibre to the Cabinet" from these providers.

USwitch says Sky is "superfast broadband" and vodafone is "Fibre 2"

I will be wfh full time in a 1 bed apartment, living alone... so will be TV, laptop, phone that's connected, occasional streaming from Netflix. I've always had virgins superfast fibre when living at family home so a bit worried about the speed.

Any advice welcome please
