Drawing Tablet With Screen Recommendations??? HELP!

Hiyah, so, I’m wanting to get into digital art that isn’t just photoshop, and hone in my design skill and eventually start selling my art too. And because I don’t know anything about a drawing tablet (No iPads), I’m not quite sure which would be best, so if you could help, I’d appreciate it.

My price range I’d like to stay in is between no more than $350, possibly $400.

Also, is a bigger screen more better than a smaller one? I’d l refer a tablet with less to no cons than possible cons, as I cannot afford another.
