YouTube Channel - Termination in 6 days

Hello, i'm seeking advice/help about this very important matter to me.

About my channel: Shorts channel, 120+ videos uploaded, monetized.

Copyright strikes: I received 9 copyright-strikes on my short videos channel across 3 strikes, from 2 different creators. All in the span of 12 hours.

Now before i get hate on, for just using other peoples content, i ACTUALLY do put time and effort to make it transformative.

I do commentary + substantial editing from the clips i source from TikTok, and my shorts videos generally features the claimant, 15-30% of my whole short duration.

What I have tried so far: I've contacted both claimants, even offered money, yet no answer nearing 2 days, and I sent a follow up mail just an hour ago.

What do you think I should do? I do believe my content falls under fair use, and the 2 creators i sourced from, features in maybe 15-20 of my shorts, across my 120 total shorts. Should I do a counter notification?
