GI1:

3 panelists (ops, strategy and marketing)

5 interviewees in group

Duration 1hr

Starts with their introduction. Then we are asked to introduce ourselves while keeping it brief but also including our fit for the course we were interviewing for.

From there the questions were directed individually stemming out from the introduction we gave. Most of the conversation was around work ex only. There were some questions around how we think tech would impact in the field we work in (we were asked to answer this using the Speed Scale Scope framework)

I was asked about my hobby and what I learned from it.

We were asked to keep answers concise and in bullets wherever possible.

It was more or less conversational.

There was a fresher and she was asked how she would approach a task of building an AI based Fraud Detection system, and then everyone else was asked to chip in one by one.

Duration - 50mins

Completely conversational. Panelists were friendly and were smiling and laughing through out. Don’t recall all questions, but they were mostly situation based questions around behaviour and ethics. We were asked about why we think we fit into the Spjimr cohort. There were discussions around social media and influencers. We were asked if we could change one thing about education system what it would be.
