Hiring YouTube thumbnail designer (Veritasium-style, not flashy/gaming)

Looking for a thumbnail designer for a YouTube channel about business, tech, power, geopolitics (SpaceX, Anduril, Palantir, Starbucks, Semiconductors etc....)

Style target

• Veritasium-inspired
• Strong concept first, not decoration
• Clean, simple, high-contrast
• Flat / editorial feel
• No 3D, no “MrBeast” look, no gaming aesthetic
• Must read clearly on mobile

Ongoing collaboration (4-6 thumbnails per month).
