Title: Does this "Whisper" ritual actually work for influence? Or is it just pop-psychology? Willing to go to any extent.

I am looking for advice on whether a specific ritual works or if I need something stronger.

Background: There is a girl who used to be extremely into me. She lost interest due to fights/lack of communication. She claimed she wasn't ready for a relationship. We cut contact, she came back 3 days later wanting to be "friends and figure it out later," but then ego clashes led to a month of silence.

Current Situation: She reached out to congratulate me on an exam, but then went silent again. I reached out after a month. Now, things are lukewarm. She calls every 2 weeks just to share life updates. I haven’t seen her since September.

The Goal: I want her badly. I am willing to go to any extent for her. I don't want to chase her like a creep; I want to influence her to be obsessed with me so she takes the step.
