Appeal button not working after reporting grooming account restricted unfairly

Hey everyone, I need help because I’m stuck in a loop.

I reported another user for grooming behavior using Discord’s report tool (I’m a minor and I reported it in good faith). After that, my account was restricted.

Discord support told me to appeal through the app (User Settings → My Account → Standing ''let us know''), but the problem is the appeal option doesn’t work. When I try, it immediately says the appeal is declined and won’t let me submit anything. Also I did multiple requests before and all of them were the same message, and the ticket is always seen as ''solved'' with the clyde bot

So I’m basically blocked from appealing, and support keeps redirecting me back to the broken in-app appeal system.

Has anyone dealt with this before?
Is there a way to get a manual review, or an alternate method to appeal?
