Unable to record or stream without it freezing for audience

I am trying to stream (YouTube) or record Hytale and am having problems.

The picture freezes at random times, the audience can still hear me but the picture on their side is frozen, but for me the game is running fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I love playing the game but at the moment it is impossible to record or stream.

I have had no similar problems with any other games, even Ark doesn't freeze and that is a beast of a game.

My graphics aren't integrated, I am using a GeForce RTX 3060, not the best but not the worst, I have gone down the rabbit hole on google changed OBS settings, everything I can think of but nothing. I even turned all the Hytale settings to low, nothing helps.

Does anyone have any ideas, because at this point I think it must be me because so many other people have done videos and streams and not seemed to have a problem.
