Customer Service has been entirely unhelpful, what exactly is IndusInd Priority Pass? (Please see body)

So I applied for my IndusInd Tiger CC today (got approved in less than 3 hours, although with a ridiculously low limit (less than 30% of my monthly net income).

Q:

• Is there a way to get the limit increased by mailing now? Or is it something I should do after using the card for 3-4 months?

• What is priority pass? (I read that its complimentary for IndusInd Credit Card holders, and beyond 2 international visits, charges 35$ per visit).

• Is this a separate indus ind card? Or just a card for swiping for international lounge only?

• The customer service told me tiger covers 2 domestic lounge visits without spend; does this mean for international, I'll need priority pass and that tiger cannot be used?
