Is it normal for a Havanese to dislike long walks?

I have a Havanese who genuinely seems to dislike anything resembling a long walk, and I’m trying to work out how normal this is.

There’s a specific route in our neighbourhood where, the moment I start heading that way, she pulls firmly in the opposite direction straight towards home. Our area has a lot of open space and very predictable paths, so she clearly recognises where she is and knows which directions lead back.

I’ve taken her out many times for what I thought were reasonable 20–25 minute walks, but as soon as she catches sight of something familiar and close to home, she pulls hard to get there. Anything longer than about 10 minutes and she's completely uninterested.

Sometimes she’ll go out purely to do her business and then immediately want to return home, with no interest at all in exploring the area further.

I always assumed dogs loved walks and needed long ones, so this made me a bit concerned. She seems perfectly happy at home and relaxed otherwise, but I’m curious whether this is common for the breed or if others have experienced something similar with their Havanese.
