Phuket vs Hua Hin February Family Vacation

Looking at opinions for a family vacation for 4-6 weeks in February.

Our budget seems to be better off in Hua Hin but people seem to not recommend it there.

We have a 4k accommodation budget

Walking distance to stuff is important as we don’t necessarily want to rent a car

2 bedrooms

Gym onsite or close by

Pool

We will have 3 kids 3 and under, so we don’t plan on doing much just looking to spend time somewhere warm.
