Tip to avoid the horrendous 2-4 hour wait times when calling Atmos

Hey everyone,

I needed to call Atmos earlier today, and I wasn't happy with the 115 minute hold time it quoted me! Ouch!

Upon checking, I noticed that you get reps with the same power via the chat system, and they tend to come on in less than 10 minutes.

I got my situation handled quickly. No ridiculous hold necessary!
