Hiring of Pharmacists

My parent runs a pharmaceutical retail store in an expanding area in a village that is growing into a city in Pune. It may be kind of a rant but I would like to genuinely know how and from where pharmacy business people search or higher pharmacists. Here we are mainly hiring D pharmacists and are willing to hire B pharmacists too. One of the pharmacist who works at the shop with us since 7 + years is being a literal b at work since the last 2-3 years. . In this span of time we had hired freshers and even when they would not know even the basic computer work or inventory handling we would train them without charging them and the area around them is peaceful and we promote a healthy environment. We have been suspecting that this lady pharmacist has been shooing them away instead of training them, the problem is we do have CCTV in the shop but they do not record the sound. Knowing that it is getting tough for us to find pharmacist because most of the freshers come up with a very high expecting salary with zero experience makes it tough for them to also find a job in the market. This lady is aware and she has been trying to make things go in her way when we are the employers and she treats us like we have been employed. My father is not a toxic business person and is only bearing with this kind of behaviour because of the lack of pharmacists. . Could anyone please suggest especially those who are in the pharmacy business from where they are hiring pharmacists in Pune pls? My dad is aged and I don't want him going through the stress of working beyond capacity when he is close to retirement.
