2 masters degree at same time as a non regular student

I am 23F ,my qualifications- I am currently in MA history final year (non collegiate) . i also wanted to give MA english previous year ( non collegiate) this year. exams forms of my college going to be out soon .Is it possible ???

reason - Under NEP every college is going for semester wise exams if I try to do the MA english later . my college might fully fledge start the system next year . now it's giving both options annual scheme and semester scheme . i don't want to give that much exam for such a degree . I just want eligibility for an exam.
