Stealth doesn't work 100% with bots, and where are the biweekly patches?

Unfortunately, my recording didn't start yesterday because of Google Chrome, so here's a quick explanation.

I was lying on the ground in front of an outpost. Everything was quiet. I took out a trooper at the machine gun with my Censor and waited to see if anything would happen. Everything was quiet. I turned my Helldiver over while lying down to see where the convoy was and pinged it to see the distance. It was 187 metres away from me. I turned towards the outpost, was just about to crawl towards it, when suddenly I heard a noise. I turned towards the convoy, saw four red candles rising from the convoy and suddenly all the convoy's guns were aimed at me and firing. How the hell?

How can the convoy spot me lying 187 metres away?
And I wasn't even the host of the mission. :D

That makes no sense. I often feel that stealth only works randomly with bots. Sometimes I can perform a democratic ‘macarena dance’ in front of a bot's eyes, sometimes I can't even breathe at the PC before they hear it. :D

But with all these bugs, I wonder where the two-week patches are that Shams Jorjani announced. Last week's patch... if it was even a patch...
