If Neymars release clause was 300M would PSG still have paid for it?

i know this is a VERY old topic, but randomly thought about this and would be interesting to discuss the transfer limit PSG would've had for Neymar in his prime. as we all know Neymars Release clause was 222 million but what if it was higher?
