Who do you think handled their respective insurection better, governor Trudea or minister trump?

The federal court of appeals recently ruled that Trudea illegally invoked the emergency act and that he squashed the rights of those peacefully protesting and I agree with that conclusion 100% although I think trump is an idiot for not inciting the insurrection act(as it's clearly mostly non-peaceful) and allowed the left to create martyrs, they shouldn't have been killed but protesting doesn't consist of confronting federal officers and acting irrationally while you are armed, I was a Trudea supporter back when this happened and for unrelated reasons I looked back and realized I had no reason to be against it other than emotional reasons.

do you guys think trump should incite the insurrection act even if he believes the left could use it as the straw that broke the camels back? essentially do you think they would have less power if Trump squashed it illegally and payed the price later rather than they do now with all the martyrs?
