Diagnosed for over ½ a year and these things still surprise me

Doing something and feeling pretty good (average me/cfs day for me/SLIGHTLY better) then getting hit with a wave of exhaustion after doing something

Random body pains that just get shoved in the me/cfs catagory of problems

Having a weird sensation consistantly and asking about it (here) and having muiltiple others confirm they have the same feeling

The feeling of my limbs being exhausted after doing something small when I used to have to do ALOT before they felt even close to how tired they get now

Being to tired to open my mouth to talk

Going for a car ride (not driving) and considering it a 'big day' ???? (+ being able to take short naps in car rides now when I could NEVER fall asleep in the car before)
