Moving to Pune for work (IT Park Wagholi) – housing & monthly expenses advice needed

Hi everyone,

I’ve received a job offer and my office will be in International Tech Park, Wagholi. I’m planning to move to Pune soon and wanted some advice from folks familiar with this area.

Housing:

•	Budget: ₹20–25k

•	Looking for either a 1 BHK or a private master bedroom in a shared flat

•	Prefer clean, well-maintained places with decent roommates

Which nearby areas should I look at that make sense for daily commute and livability? (Wagholi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, etc.)

Apart from that what kind of monthly expenses can I realistically expect in Pune for???

Any tips, local insights, or things to watch out for (brokers, societies, traffic, etc.) would be really helpful.
