How screwed am if I’m black trying to work in high finance?

When I did work in finance, I was often seen as incompetent. I asked how I could be more competent like my colleagues, and my manager refused to answer. I’ve been let go because my parents were too stupid and did not think before having me, unlike the majority of you in the subreddit.

How screwed am I if I were to consider going back into finance?
