90mg’ers please 🙏

I’ve been at 75mg for 5 months and feel stuck at 70% better. If any of you still lurk (I know alot who feel a lot better probably don’t come back to this sub much) is the difference from 60mg to 90mg or 75mg to 90mg a great help!?
