Elvanse Titration side effects

Hi, I'm newly diagnosed and currently titrating elvanse. I've a few more days left at 30mg then up to 40mg.

Do the side effects ease off once your body has adjusted?

I'm currently experiencing headaches daily which is frustrating (I am susceptible to them but the medication I take to prevent them had been improving the situation until now). Also, I'm finding it much harder to drop off to sleep, even if I'm exhausted. Is this something that will also even out? I'm not feeling much benefit on the 30mg dose, which concerns me if I need a higher dose and I'm already having side effects on the lowest one. Any advice?
