Will the VA help me in person?

I’ve been out of the USMC since 95 and battling PTSD bad ever since. I’ve spent the past 30 plus years trying to keep my issues to myself and failing miserably. Unexpectedly I was contacted by a member of my last unit a month ago. I have not spoken to anyone since I left.

Ok getting to the point. Speaking to him he is seeking help from the VA. He suggested I do to but my anxiety pegged when I just open the VA page. Can I get someone in person to help me with getting help? I can’t type this stuff without imploding. I called the local VA and left a message but still no response. Thought I’d ask here. Thanks
