Constant head throbbing when lying down. (1+ year now), plz help.

First glad to find this sub before going insane, My short story that I messed up with some meds from valproic acid to some SSRIs since then My head keeps throbbing when touching any pillow or lying down,it's constant with no relief even a second!!, it's been more than a year now, my heart and chest are bounding too , sometimes throat, and I easily get palpitation when roughly moving my body on bed,I also have a non-stop nausea and Depersonalization,Restlessness, tinnitus(pulsing and ringing) and fragmented sleep, all test are good or even perfect, I can't figure out how these meds messed my system up, I'm med-free rn except some pregabalin that keeps me alive.

NOW FORGET ALL OF THIS!! HOW TO CURE HEAD AND CHEST THROBBING PLZZZ. And do y'all have head throbbing or it's only in heart and chest ?
