I feel like he’s not just into me. What should I do?

Problem/Goal: As the title says.

Context: I (22F) have been dating this guy (26M) for 3 months that I met on Bumble. We’re both law students; I’m full-time while working student siya (hybrid). Ever since we started dating, he already established that hindi siya message person/words of affirmation ang love language na binibigay due to the environment he had as a kid.

Now, since our classes haven’t started yet, I’ve only seen him twice this month so I’m expecting na he’ll compensate by giving “more” updates but unfortunately, that’s not the case. There would be a 3-4 hour window between our messages. I’d like to believe he’s working our nakatulog after work (which Ito yung reason niya most of the time) but kanina he even posted a story while my message is delivered.

I don’t know if I’m being petty because while I feel this, pakiramdam ko bumabawi naman siya on other aspects. Example, when we see each other, I can shut off my brain and bahala na siya, be gentleman towards me, etc.

It’s my first time dating someone so I’m still figuring out how the dating scene really work. If I’m not being loved in the way I wanted to be loved, what does that mean? Need your thoughts.
