Join does not care about 'time/rpe'
I've been using Join for a year (ish) now and I really do like it. There is actually one little flaw I start to notice lately. For some reason I started a little challenge with myself. To do push ups every day. The amount of push ups is the same as the number of the day. So today would be 27 push ups, tomorrow 28 etc.
Whenever I add these things to the plan ( because I sinc them to strava , Join notices this ) the plan for the weekend gets updated. This is odd because at the moment these push ups only take around 1 minute per day. For instance when I add the push up this morning to the plan, the vo2 max test that is scheduled tomorrow will be changed to something else.
I've done many v02 max tests in the past and I'm experience enough that 1 minute of push ups the day before does not have any impact on the vo2. So why is Join doing this? Why doesn't take into account the time or the HR impact of that specific training when adjusting?
Even when I add the push up to the plan and set the RPE to the lowest possible value the plan is adjusted.
