Windows won't roll up or down

I have an XUV 500 (2017) recently 2 of my windows (driver side and the one on the rear left) stopped rolling down like they are stuck. I thought this was due to cold but they are still not working. What could be the problem? Someone told me that I may need to replace the motors? If that's the case how much would it cost me and where do I get it done for a decent price?
