I'm tired of being the carer

Venting

Hey, so, as the title says, I'm exhausted of having to do all the emotional and physical care of everyone. I study online since when I started my classes, I had a severe social anxiety, now is manageable but can't change where I study and can't find a job where I live either. Due that, I have to deal with the fact that my family knows I'm here all the time, and that "I don't have a social life", and they looooove that bit.

Today just at waking up I got a message from my mum saying that at 1pm I need to start prepping the food for my dad and brother, who don't do anything all day, so when they come home they will have it done. I had a panic attack because I keep saying how much I hate that I don't have time or life to myself, that I keep isolating more because they always demand the clean house, the home cooked meals and the me staying at home all day for them. I want to leave the house, I want to finally live and it feels so selfish and I feel horrible putting boundaries, as the person who will be punished instead of me will be my mother.
