Am I crazy to consider buying the first house I view?

FTB here, I've been paying pretty close attention to Rightmove for 6-12 months and think I have a good idea of what I want from a house. Am now ready to buy, and have my first viewing arranged for this weekend for a house that, based on what I can see from the listing, ticks a lot of boxes and I would be happy living in.

My question is basically whether I should discount this house completely as it's the first one I'm viewing and the wisdom seems to be to view a few houses before making offers, or embrace that this is potentially the right house for me and allow myself to consider offering, depending on how the viewing goes.

Might be a silly question but I'd appreciate any insight!
