does the kadet path in russia meaningless?

I talking from a lore point, In game it has good buffs

but from a lore point,

kadet was the main party before savinkov. and Is not into protecting democracy that much(SR was the main opposition to savinkov)

so, Isn't kadet government path just going back to the old days? just repeating the cycle to be stumped by another savinkov?

Some focuses of kadet can also imply this. strengthning president power and not doing sorokin reforms. they can even go for "managed democracy" or turning a blind eye to political army problems

also, the rule of SR-KADET is quite a reason for savinkov's rise. so getting the exact some coalition seems ominous

SR has a better record of being savinkov's main opposition thus democratic, but kadet don't have this record.

what do you think about this? will kadet's russia fall back to dictatorship in the long furture?
