Can I reschedule my Agentur für Arbeit Gruppentermin if I haven’t applied for Arbeitslosengeld yet?

I’m in a bit of a situation and wanted to ask for advice.

I'm based in Berlin. I was terminated from my employment on 23rd January, and my last working day will be 6th February. I’ve already registered as unemployed and as a jobseeker on the Agentur für Arbeit portal, but I haven’t applied for Arbeitslosengeld yet.

The Agentur für Arbeit scheduled a group appointment (Gruppentermin) on 5th February, which is during my last working day. On top of that, I will not be in Germany until 22nd February due to pre-approved remote work—I was already traveling when I became unemployed, and my original planned return date is 21st February.

My question is: are there any consequences if I reschedule this group appointment under these circumstances? Should I mention that I am traveling, or just focus on the scheduling conflict? Has anyone been in a similar situation.
