Question about a game quote i can't find anywhere

i saw a video edit of the game, which contained the phrase "you're a different person now. Stronger, healthier... alright, maybe not healthier, but it's a bonus that you've drunk so hard you can't remember any of your past relationships. Oblivion is the ace in your corner."

it really resonated with me, but i finished the game yestersay and i don't remember it. Is it from a thought or some succesfull check?
