Received random item

I recieved an item from ebay that doesn't match any items I bought previously. I am worried if it is an item i have bought and they shipped the wrong item, but i have no way to check?

I only have a return address, but not seller's name etc?

And i can't speak to an agent because the automated assistant doesn't understand my issue?

Has anyone dealt with this before
