Need advice for buying 8GB ddr4 3200mhz Laptop ram

Hi everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my HP Laptop 15s-eq3xxx. It currently has 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and one empty slot left. I want to add another 8GB to get 16GB total. I've seen some listings on Daraz for 7k and even 13k (ADATA), which seems way too high. Specs needed: DDR4, 3200MHz(Laptop).

Question: What is a fair price for 8GB in the current Nepal market??

Shop Suggestions: Where in Kathmandu (New Road/Putalisadak) or which Daraz seller should I trust to get a genuine ram for a reasonable price? Any brand recommendations (Crucial, Samsung, Kingston)? Thanks!
