Dr Pen A10 for £69 with 20 cartridges

I’ve seen an offer for the above however I can’t find any info on A10 pens on the Dr Pen website. I can’t find anything about speed either.

Does anyone have any experience or advice with this? Pros/ cons or ANY input at all. I’m looking to move from in clinic microneedling to at home so currently still researching.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
