product advice for TE

I have recently been told by my doctor that i have TE. I noticed more and more hair shedding after i would wash my hair and it started to worry me, i had blood work done and my iron levels have improved so that was crossed off my list. I was on Fluoxetine for 4 years and i began tapering off and have now been off of it for a month. during the tapering off process i was a mess… riddled with anxiety and stress, nauseas 24/7, weight loss, the works! (assuming that’s what caused my TE🙄)

I need recommendations for shampoo and conditioner! i have no idea what is best for TE, my doctor recommended selsun but i thought that was for dandruff?? help!
