Newbie here

so I wanted to try lorerim, downloaded it overnight got up in the morning to check it and now my discord will start but cant click on anthing, im getting a steamwebhelper error and after about 2 mins of browsing the Web it just freezes, did and antivirus scan and theres nothing coming up. have i scuffed my pc. like an idiot I forgot to make a backup just in case. and ideas? ive deleted the %appdata% on both steam and discord but same issue.but the fact that it is affecting wverything that connects to tje web is concerning me
