Slippery streets!

I parked in a paid garage since Sunday since I don’t have snow tires on my car and I often get stuck when we get a lot of snow. Just got my car back though and the streets are still untreated? Plowed but untreated… does anyone know if this is normal at all? It was really tough to drive up my road (it’s on a hill in downtown) since there was no salt seemingly put down. Wondering if they’ll keep treating today? The roads will probably be driven on a lot more today and tomorrow so it’ll probably be fine but even Canal St was not very easy to drive on as it’s still piles of snow and untreated kind of all over.

I’m confident in driving in this weather regardless but would rather not get stuck… I lease so I’m not looking to buy snow tires for a glorified rental.
