Capital one senior SWE

Hello I recently got an offer for capital one senior swe and I am trying to have a chill work life balance and wanted to know what department or teams I should target for. And since I am open to move to any capital one office. Also please let me know what are some benefits you have negotiated, sign in bonus, PTO days etc.
