Should I sell my ELSS and reinvest?

I have invested in ELSS early and is now matured. I am on new regime so no tax benefits to keep investing in it. But this has generated around 12% XIRR in last 3 years way better than my large cap fund.

I have some questions.

Is ELSS still relevant ?

Fund houses and managers, will they care about ELSS as the trend shifted to momentum funds ?

Should I just sell them and reinvest in another fund ??
