Lore question/speculation: Means to regenerate limbs?

So I was having a discussion with a friend and we reached the topic of limb regeneration. We know that some species can naturally regenerate limbs, and we know of robotic implants, we also know that the force can heal but we're not too deep into things to know the extent of that healing.

But say for example, if a filthy rich individual were to lose his arm in some accident, would there be any means he could buy his way into getting a new limb? (not robotic, but a fleshy one)

Could a master jedi or a sith sorcerer get their limbs regrown in some way through the force as well if they had the time/resources?

Cheers!
