Brushing with Considerable Recession (stillman's clefts)

Need advice

Hello,

I have considerable recession (bulbous v-shaped notches) over pretty much all of my molars. Seems like this was likely caused by night clenching, especially during the pandemic. I'm finding that I'm really struggling to find a brushing technique that keeps the areas clean without making the notches worse. I've used electric toothbrushes with sensitive heads in the past but found them too harsh. Currently using a manual Nimbus, light pressure (holding brushing in my fingertips). But, my gums still get aggravated.

What brushing technique would you recommend?

Thank you.
