C1 Ningguang/Can I use her in a Lunar crystallise team?

Hii, I got Ningguang in last years later rite and would like to build her. I'm not sure if she is good In Lunar Crystalise teams/if she is a good dps in these teams. Also would her c1 be worth getting this year or should I get another character?
