How do you guys use and keep track of these get-paid-to play sites?

I've been getting into using GPT sites (surveys, offers, game testing, etc.) to make some extra cash in my free time, and honestly it's going pretty well so far. But I'm starting to use multiple platforms and it's getting a bit messy to keep track of everything.
How do you all manage it? Do you use spreadsheets to track earnings from each site? Set reminders for daily bonuses or special offers? Or do you just focus on one or two platforms instead of spreading yourself too thin?
Also curious if anyone has tips on which types of offers are actually worth the time vs which ones are just a waste. I feel like I'm still figuring out what's efficient and what's not.
