Has this happened to anyone else? 9w3d symptoms disappeared

I’m having a lot of anxiety because we saw the heartbeat last week on an ultrasound and I’ve been sick as a dog for the last 3 weeks (nauseous, food aversions, breast tenderness).

I woke up yesterday after feeling crazy sick all night, and it seems like overnight my symptoms have disappeared. I want to enjoy finally feeling better but this makes me extremely anxious.

I thought maybe I had a good day yesterday, but I just woke up again this morning and am experiencing the same thing.

My breast tenderness has drastically decreased and my appetite is back for the most part. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I just enjoy this feeling fine for now?

I haven’t had any bleeding or cramping or anything like that. I’m a FTM and I’ve never experienced pregnancy before.
