Resident Outside the U.S. Seeking Betting Intermediary (Hard Rock)

I currently reside outside of the United States, specifically in the Dominican Republic. Here, the Hard Rock betting application is not available. I previously worked with someone who assisted me, but they have since moved to a state where betting is not legal, which prevents me from continuing.

I am looking for someone who lives in a state where betting is legal and is interested in establishing a business arrangement. I would send the funds from here, and profits would be split 50/50.
